Beef fat is separate from the Suet and is suitable for rendering to make a great alternative to lard or oil for frying and cooking and is sometimes called dripping.  Whilst not quite so suitable for cosmetics such as moisturisers and soaps, its high smoke point makes is a key feature of this natural product.
