enthusiasm and passion of its grower-members who have a common desire to
produce a healthy product for discerning consumers.
Every stage of management, from farm
production and certification, transport, correct handling by a Certified
abattoir and butchers, storage and delivery is monitored by the
Co-ordinator and producer-Directors of the Co-operative.
